The Ignite 30-Day Blueprint is an accelerated, introductory program. For $299, you receive a professional Ignite Body Scan & Strategy Assessment plus eight (8) one-on-one personal training sessions. It is designed to move you from a standing start to total gym confidence in exactly one month.
Our data shows that a frequency of twice per week (8 sessions over 30 days) is the "sweet spot" for neural adaptation. It’s enough frequency to master complex movements and see visible muscle tone changes, but spaced out enough to allow for optimal recovery.
Yes. In fact, it is specifically designed for those who want to avoid the "trial and error" phase of fitness. We build your foundation correctly from Day 1 so you don't have to fix bad habits later.
We use the Ignite Body Scan to get a baseline of your muscle mass, body fat, and metabolic rate. We also perform a movement screen to see how your joints move. This ensures that your 8 sessions are tailored to your specific physical needs, not a "one-size-fits-all" workout.
Consistency is key to the 30-Day Blueprint. We encourage you to complete all 8 sessions within the 30-day window to maintain momentum. If you have an emergency, we will do our best to reschedule you within that same week.
By the end of the 8 sessions, you can expect to establish a strong foundational proficiency in key movements like squats, presses, and pulls. While true mastery takes years, you will gain the technical confidence to execute these lifts safely and effectively.
On your 8th session, we perform a "Strategy Review." We look at your progress, re-scan your body composition, and show you exactly how far you've come. From there, we’ll help you choose the long-term membership option that best fits your new fitness level.
